Rochelle Probst is a Managing Director at o15 Capital Partners, where she is responsible for deal origination, execution, and portfolio management. She brings more than two decades of experience financing and advising middle-market companies and private equity sponsors. Prior to joining o15, Rochelle was a Managing Director at Capital One, where she originated and executed leveraged finance transactions for private equity-backed companies. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at GE Capital across sponsor coverage, underwriting, and portfolio management, with a focus on the healthcare sector. She began her career at Deutsche Bank. Rochelle earned her MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and her bachelor's degree from Colorado State University. She lives in Chicago with her fiancé and their dog, Jones.
