Washington (Wash) Dender serves as the Fractional CHRO for o15 Capital Partners. Aspects of the role include HR Strategy and organizational development for the growing firm, along with compensation design, and leadership development. Wash served as Global Head of HR at Invesco for over 13 years before retiring and developing an Executive coaching and organizational design consulting practice serving small to mid-sized businesses and non-profit organizations. Prior to serving at Invesco, he held positions in the Strategy, Marketing and Human Resources departments for over 20 years with SunTrust Bank, Inc. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Harvard Business School as well an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee. Wash lives in Savannah where he serves on several non-profit boards.
